    Friday, May 30th from 5:00pm – 8:00pm & Saturday, May 31st from 10:00am – 3:00pm.

    Join us for Spiva’s May Makers Market! This two-day event will showcase the talent of our member artists and artisans, offering a perfect opportunity to shop for unique, handcrafted wares.

    Calling all artists! We invite our member artists and makers to reserve a booth and be part of this exciting event. Spots are limited, so be sure to register early.

    Event Details & Guidelines:
    • Booth Fee: $40 per booth, with one artist per booth. No extra commissions will be charged. The fee must be paid by May 23rd. Secure your spot and pay at: https://give.spivaarts.org/ge/maymakersmarket
    • Membership: Artists must be current Spiva members to participate.
    • Booth Requirements: Each booth space will be approximately 6’ x 9’. Limited electricity will be available—please bring your own 3-prong extension cords if needed. Artists must provide their own tables, tablecloths, chairs, and point of sale system.
    • Booth Locations: Booths will be located on the 2nd floor of the Cornell Complex in the Spiva Galleries.
    • Setup and Teardown: Setup begins at noon on Friday, May 30th. Vendors will need to be fully set up by 4:45pm, and are expected to stay until the market closes at 8:00pm. Booths will be secured overnight and we will reopen for vendors at 9:00am on Saturday, May 31st prior to opening to the public at 10:00am. There will be no teardown before 3:00pm on the 31st out of respect for other vendors.
    • Vendor Contribution: Each vendor is kindly asked to donate an item for our chance drawing baskets. Customers will complete a bingo card by visiting all booths for a chance to win!
